  1. Any suggestions for a gluten free version? I can get gluten-free flour but it's more like processed white, not whole grain.

  2. Jane, its great you stay in shape. Your arms are so pretty and I love your scarf collection. Thanks for the yummy recipe. Always look forward to these videos!

  3. This recipe was so timely! I went to Sprouts this morning for my weekly shopping trip and the zucchini was on sale. I was so excited when I came home and found this video teed up for me! I made the zucchini bread this afternoon and my husband ate half of the loaf already! Really super easy and delicious. I am new to your channel and am really enjoying it! Greetings from Colorado.

  4. I keep my pumper (lol) in the shute except when using it for feeding veggies. Zucchini bread is my fav! Can't wait to try this!

  5. I adore Ann Esselstyn. She is so funny, easy going and authentic. She makes me laugh every time. Love them both and their chemistry, but Ann is absolutely unique.

  6. I made this twice this week. I used 1 cup oat flour and 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour for my son's gluten free girlfriend! Came out wonderful!!

  7. I made two loaves of this with zucchini from the garden after watching this video. They were devoured and so good! Thank you for these videos. I love pulling out these cookbooks to try recipes I haven’t made, yet!

  8. Made my first zucchini bread, absolutely yummy! Thank you so much for the recipe. I wonder if I can substitute the maple syrup with dates instead?
