This is a quick and dinner prep for the week. Consisting of 1 16oz bag of dry green lentils, dehydrated onions, 1 large head of cauliflower, vegan butter, and some veggies to roast.
Cook each part separately.
Green lentils cooked with some broth and dehydrated onions added for taste.
Cauliflower steamed and mashed with vegan butter. Pepper added for taste.
Veggies (we used carrots, celery, scallions) roasted till desired tenderness.
Layer each in small pie in.
2/3 cup of cooked green lentils
1/2 cup mashed cauliflower
Please in the oven on broil till the top starts to brown.
Salt and pepper to taste.
