  1. You always speak the truth thats what i like about your channel! Loves for Indonesia!

    P. S. I would love for you to try vegan-ize an indo cuisine xoxo!

  2. I already have her Indian Kitchen book and love it. I may have to get this one as well. Thanks for doing these reviews.

  3. I was lucky to have some brownies on hand this morning or it’d be torture to watch this video! It was only after we went Vegan that we tried out Indian food. We are used to Thai curry and was afraid to try a different curry. Now, we love it! I love the richness/thickness and strong spice of Indian curry :))

  4. Yay!!! Thank You for the fabulous Review Mary!! Look at those perfect Brownies and super crispy Cauliflower!! I am so glad you enjoyed cooking from the Book! ❤️❤️
For Everyone, there are 140 Recipes with 7 Meal Chapters in the book! 132 of those are Gluten-free or have Option, 124 Soy-free or option and 108 Nut-free or option Recipes.

  5. I've only tried a handful of Vegan Richa's recipes, but I LOVE her lemon coconut chia muffins. They're so good, and oil free! Awesome review, Mary!

  6. The elusive crackly top vegan brownie!!! Brownies are both my boyfriend and I's favourite dessert, I can't wait to try them!

  7. The music gave me some eerie feeling of impending doom, you know what I mean?
anyway, nothing a good bean burger can't fix! 🙂

  8. These brownies look incredible!!! They're something i've really struggled to make well since going vegan. Can't wait to try this recipe – thanks so much for sharing, Mary!

  9. Wonderful review Mary! I feel like I’m going to have to add this cookbook to my list, the recipes all looked fantastic. I cannot wait for that fried “chicken” you got coming!

  10. Could you review Sweet Potato Soul's cookbook? I also saw one called The Make Ahead Vegan Cookbook by Ginny McMeans that seems pretty interesting

  11. "Vegan everyday" by Douglas McNish and "The vegan zombie cookbook". Greetings from Dominican Republic I love your channel is just perfect!!!

  12. I definitely need this cookbook in my life, thanks for sharing some recipes! When I do vegan ranch, nootch is not invited to the party! I use vegan sour cream, dillweed, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt and a tiny bit of sweetener of your choice. Let it sit overnight and you will be shocked at how ranchy it is..thin it out with non dairy milk for more of a dressing consistency

  13. I often reduce sugar by half in western dessert recipes. When did sugary desserts get so sugary? I could swear most desserts used to be lighter… My 9yo doesn't like the sugar levels either so it's not just me getting old. ?!

  14. I would love to see reviews for Bosh!’s cookbook when that’s out, Vegan 100 by Gaz Oakley, and Sweet Potato Soul’s cookbook as well! Really enjoy your cookbook reviews 🙂

  15. I feel like I'm the only one who really dislike spicy food 🙁 I want all those recipes and sauces but what can I add to replace the spicy hot sauce and jalapeno?
