INGREDIENTS
Reheat oven and bake 350
Bake 50- 60 mins or until pie is firm

1 (9 inch pie crust) per-made or homemade deep dish
Please remember to use a egg wash around the edge of your pie crust. Also remember to wrap the edges of your pie with aluminum foil so the edge of your pie will not burn before your pie is done. When your pie is half way remove the aluminum foil.

Pecan Pie
3/4 stick unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 cups pecan halves (1/2 pound)
