    I'm making a sugar cream pie right now and I wish I would have watched your video first because I pre baked my pie dough crust but you chilled yours in the refrigerator and your crust looks much better than my pre-baked crust, which came out too hard and brittle. next time i'll chill my pie dough crust too.
