Today your slow cooker meets cinnamon buns with this super easy and protein packed Slow Cooker Steel Cut Cinnamon Buns recipe. This one takes less than 5 minutes to prep and will more than satisfy your tastebuds!

Here is the recipe:
1 1/2 Cups (264g) Steel Cut Oats
3 Tablespoons (21g) Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
4 Scoops Your Choice Labrada Nutrition Protein Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
A little Salt
2 Large Whole Beaten Eggs
6 Cups (48 Ounces) Milk or Milk Substitute
2 Containers (300g) Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2-3 Cinnamon Bun Dough Pieces
Sugar Free Syrup

How to make:
1. Optionally line your slow cooker then add everything aside from your Cinnamon Bun Dough and Sugar Free Syrup into it
2. Mix everything together until most of your clumps are gone
3. Break apart your Cinnamon Bun Dough and lightly mix it in
4. Top with your Sugar Free Syrup
5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours

Tips: Top it with some cinnamon crunch cereal!
Eat it cold (it tastes great) or throw it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes!

  1. Don't tell me I'm the only one that never cooks any of the recipes but come here just to watch him cause he's hot haha this looks so good though I might need to try it.

  2. I use my slow cooker because of the variety of things you can cook in it and most of all cook large one dish and get 4-6 meals also meals i cook in it are healthy.

  3. I use the slow cooker mainly for meats, I can cook them until they are tender as opposed to drying out in the oven.

  4. I use my slow cooker because it allows me to set it and forget it. I can start a meal in the morning and it is ready by the time I get home. Oh and fairly easy cleanup.

I used a slow cooker 3 times the first time I used one once the time was up I left my chicken in the slow cooker which than continued to cook my chicken which was than over cooked and I threw most of it away because I couldn’t eat it anymore it wasn’t very good. Now the last 2 times I’ve made simple teriyaki chicken with a store bought teriyaki sauce and a little soy sauce which I prefer the Bragg aminos and it came out perfect. I learned from my mistake the moment your food is some remove it from pot. What I like about the slow cooker that if I’m feeling a lazy I just put chicken and sauce in a container and than I set a timer I usually do it at night set an alarm wake up transfer it than go back to sleep

  6. OK. I have to comment on this- YOU MAKE ME INSANELY MAD whenever I see this. STOP EFFING USING A SPOON when you remove ingredients from one container to another and you then waste so much of the ingredient- GET A DAMN RUBBER SCRAPER. RUBBER SCRAPER.

  7. Slow cookers make meal prep easy and won't heat up your kitchen. I use it primarily for soups, stews, and chili's.

  8. If I'm going to cook something and not be around it I feel safer using the slow cooker then the stove.

  9. I use the slow cooker for convenience whether breakfast or dinner. Love your SC recipes. Put ingredients in, turn it on and 4-6 hours later, Enjoy!

  10. I use a slow cooker because if I'm not working overtme at my job I go to the gym 5 times a week and trying to maintain success habits and deal with the occasional appointment.
