This homemade salisbury steak is simply our of this world. It is a combination of hamburger patties, gravy, mushrooms, and onions. Believe me, your friends and family will love it.

Of course, you can alter the spices according to your liking. I like to cook outdoors in the summer, but it can be cooked inside. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

  2. I wished I had seen this recipe an hour ago, Dave. All I had was canned mushrooms, and thought it would work out. The canned mushrooms were blah. Next time!

  3. The Pan fried version looks more evenly browned, the Grilled version has Char marks…(Mmmmm Char Marks!!) Can you guess which one I like better?
