This homemade salisbury steak is simply our of this world. It is a combination of hamburger patties, gravy, mushrooms, and onions. Believe me, your friends and family will love it.

Of course, you can alter the spices according to your liking. I like to cook outdoors in the summer, but it can be cooked inside. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

  1. Love this idea… I was thinking Dave for the vegetarians they could do portobello mushrooms with onions and sauce .. yummy!

  2. I wished I had seen this recipe an hour ago, Dave. All I had was canned mushrooms, and thought it would work out. The canned mushrooms were blah. Next time!

  3. The Pan fried version looks more evenly browned, the Grilled version has Char marks…(Mmmmm Char Marks!!) Can you guess which one I like better?

  4. Great barbeque recipe although think for indoors too. Grilled! More healthy. Would use onion though, not garlic. Thank you for the recipe. Hope Eddie is well! Deb x

  5. Hello Dave, It looks delicious. I am definitely making that for dinner very soon.. Your backyard looks nice, have a blessed day

  6. WOW Dave does that look delicious! O.O You've got such a beautiful scenery to look at while enjoying that amazing looking comfort food! I've gotta give this a go one day! TFS & TC, Kelly :))

  7. Really nice what we would call in the UK burgers. Who would have thought tomato ketchup and garlic in burgers would taste so nice!! Thanks for sharing.
