My version of Banoffee Pie. It is a version of a banana pie from Great Britain.
4 or 5 bananas
1 or 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (400ml)
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
ready made pie crust or make your own
If you make this, make sure that the cans of condensed milk are always covered with the water when you simmer them, so keep adding water or use something like a pot that you would use to boil pasta.
