Note: our grand parents invented sausages, so it actually exists an ancient recipe of how to make your own fresh sausage at home! believe me, Jamie is the best at cooking, he knows exactly what he's doing and I am sure he does not need to go and buy all premade sausage packed with "artificial flavours"

  2. great dish, i really reccommend at least crushing the garlics before you put em in though. Just to release all of their italian goodness into the mix.

  3. hes taking the piss here like isnt he? 'rub it all round your sausage', 'fair bit of action', 'pull em off', 'tossed', 'dangled in and around'. haha
