INGREDIENTS:

HEAT A LARGE SKILLET ON A MEDIUM HEAT AND SPRAY WELL

2 TINS OF SALMON (MINE ARE 213GMS ANY KIND)
1 EGG WHISKED
1/3 CUP OF 1 MINUTE OATMEAL FLOUR 3SP
1 TBS HELLMANS LIGHT MAYONNAISE 1SP
1 TBS OF PLAIN FAT FREE YOGURT
1 TBS.OF MUSTARD.( I USED PRÉSIDENT CHOICE SWEET.WITH HEAT BUT HONEY MUSTARD OR ONE WITH A ZIP IS GOOD)
SPRINKLE OF KOSHER SALT/ PEPPER/ GARLIC POWDER
1 TO 2 TBS.OF CHOPPED FRESH DILL AND PARSLEY ( TOGETHER)
1 TBS LEMON JUICE
1/2 OF SAUTEED VEGGIES ( ONION, RED, YELLOW, ORANGE PEPPERS)
COOKING SPRAY OR OIL SPRAY( IF YOU USE BUTTER OR MARGARINE ACCOUNT FOR SMART POINTS ON WW)

DIRECTIONS:

OAT FLOUR:
ADD TO CUISINART/ BULLET, BLENDER TO MAKE YOUR OWN OAT FLOUR.
PULSE UNTIL RESEMBLES FLOUR

BEFORE ADDING TO A LARGE BOWL
DRAIN SALMON VERY WELL THEN
MASH THE SALMON
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL
FORM 8 LARGE PATTIES

*( OPTIONAL BUT NOT NECESSARY.. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES OR.FREEZER FIR 15 MINUTES TO HARDEN TO HOLD TOGETHER WHEN FRYING! I DONT BUT YOU CAN!)*

WHEN FRYING ADD 4 PATTIES AT A TIME.
ONLY TURN OVER ONCE AND FRY FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
USE A SPATULA TO CAREFULLY LIFT AND CHECK.

KEEP IN A SEALED CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE UP TO 4 DAYS OR FREEZE!

  1. Hi Risa-double check. I use Hellmamns Light and it has 1sp for a TBS, not 2. At least mine-I just checked.
