Lemon Meringue Pie Thermochef Video Recipe cheekyricho



Video Recipe for easy creamy tart, yet sweet Lemon Meringue Pie. We used a Thermochef and stand mixer to achieve this delicious fluffy dessert. Do give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pastry pie case
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
400 grams sweetened condensed milk
180 grams lemon juice
the finely grated rind of one lemon
70 grams caster sugar
200 grams fresh lemon juice

Coconut Caramel Pecan Pie- Toasted Coconut and Pecans with Caramel top a creamy filling inside a Graham Cracker Crust. Makes 2 pies (9″)

Ingredient List:

9″ Graham Cracker Pie Shells (2)
4 Tbls Butter
1 Small Pkg Coconut (7-8 oz)
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans
8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese- softened
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz Whipped Topping
Caramel Ice Cream Topping (2-3 tsp for each layer)

A sweet, rich, over-indulgent no bake pie, that I think would best be frozen, then thawed slightly before serving.

1 chocolate cookie pie crust or graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
2 cups fresh whipped cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup caramel, plus 1 tablespoon for drizzling
3 Snickers Bars, roughly chopped

Beat together the condensed milk, cream cheese and caramel until completely smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until just incorporated. Scatter 1/3 of the Snickers Bars on the bottom of the pie crust. Fold 1/3 of the Snickers pies into the no-bake filling. Spread the filling into the pie crust. Finally, drizzle the top with the remaining dulce de leche and scatter the remaining 1/3 of Snickers pieces on top. Chill the pie for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.

Messy Lime Pie
This dessert is my version of Florida’s Key Lime Pie. As Key Limes aren’t generally available in the UK, I don’t think its right to call this a ‘Key Lime Pie’. The limes available in Britain are generally larger and usually less sharp than actual Key Limes.
If this pie is bought in Florida, it comes topped with either cream or meringue, this causes endless argument between myself and my sister about which topping is the best. Whilst considering what to do with the discarded egg whites from the cream topped version of this recipe, I struck upon the idea of making meringues and adding to the cream to make a kind of ‘Eton Mess’ type topping. The result is wonderful and adds extra texture and flavour to this indulgent dessert. End of argument and birth of Messy Lime Pie!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie | One Pot Chef



No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, decadent dessert that is very easy to prepare. A mixture of crushed cookies and butter forms the pie crust. Then cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and cream are combined to make the filling. Topped with some grated dark chocolate, this no-bake sweet treat is a must try – give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

250g Pack of Plain Sweet Cookies, crushed (Digestives, Arrowroot Biscuits, Graham Crackers etc)
100g Butter (melted)
250g Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Cream (any cream suitable for whipping)
Dark Chocolate (for grating)

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 2 – 3 hours

SERVES 8
