My Mixed Berry Pavlova recipe is going to be your new favorite dessert! It’s a family favorite in my house to eat on Passover and even year round because it’s naturally gluten free so my mom can eat it too! For those of you who have never had a pavlova, a pavlova is a large meringue that has whipped cream dolloped on top. It is typically finished off with some fresh fruit, but you can literally top it with anything. I topped mine with some beautiful fresh berries and it’s ready to eat!
