We just canned 16 quarts of organic cherry pie filling. I kept enough cherries back to make Cherry-chocolate jam today. Next is apple pie filling with my Granny Smith apples my trees are giving me. (After hearing a sub on Sutton Daze, Leisa, mentioned Caramel-apple jam, I'm looking for a good recipe for that!) Then after that, blueberry pie filling (combination of mine and store bought I put in freezer) and blueberry-lemonade jam. Last Christmas I gave canned gifts and everyone loved them, and requested more this Christmas! I love this recipe, for most fruits. Man, I love it when you, and my other favorite YouTubers post these videos! TY for sharing!

What about me???? I suggest you make jam…..blueberries make the most delicious jam. You do not need clear gel. Just blueberries n sugar. 4 cups fruit to 1 and half cups sugar. Cook it down…..then can in mason jar 1 quarter inch from the top. Done

whenever my sister buys a bunch of blueberries I rinse them pat dry them with paper towels and put them in foodsaver bags and freeze them

Yummmm I bring the chocolate ice cream. I know it sounds weird but I love chocolate ice cream with dark berry pie and cobbler. The clear jell, what exactly is it, starch…gelatin base? What dat clear jell?
And I just got 1.7 kilos of blueberries. Tempting, but I have jam in my future for sure.
