Meal Prep Monday Week 4 is BACK and I’m making these healthy Southwest Stuffed Peppers! I like red, yellow and orange peppers much better than the green ones! If you have never tried Stuffed Peppers, you have to try these ones!

Ingredients you need:
2 peppers
1 lb ground turkey
taco seasoning
1 can of beans
1 can of corn
1 cup of salsa (plus more for toppings)
Cheese
Sour Cream for toppings (optional)

  3. Sister # 2 tonight I am trying you recipe for the red stuff peppers. Now for the reheating them in the microwave how long do I set the timer for? I like viewing you meal prep videos. This is the first time making one of them, mainly because it's at the beginning of the month and I have to plan for the whole month.
