  1. My favorite side(s) is collard greens AND mac 'n cheese (homemade of course!). And I've made my greens with just about everything; salt pork, fat back, smoked pork skins, turkey necks, pig tails, and smoked jowl. But I mostly use the smoked jowl! Delish!!!!!!

  2. Great Video,I like to use smoked turkey necks along with chicken stock,and I love vinegar in my greens,however I only like mustards.

  3. I must say those collard green really look tasty i do like ham hocks but lately i have been using smoke turkey necks.

  4. I have use them all turkey neck or wings,neck bones, ham hocks, salt pork, or fatback. I learned that from my mom (southern girls), and has used both water and broth. I wouldn't mind seeing you make chicken or beef broth
