  1. Always use a towel to clean your knife..and there is a proper board to cut everything (beef fish chicken bread at etc)

  2. Skill 1 Never ever position yourself in any other direction than right towards your work area while still holding your knife in the same manner as you hold it in when you work with it.

    Skill 2 Never ever work with a knife in an area that can be accessed by anyone who didn't understand skill 1.

  3. That knife is good quality and cheap , So very good for starter chefs
    I don’t use the claw cus it feels weird
    I use my thumb and my 1st finger
    I use the claw sometimes
