  1. This takes much longer than ten minutes. The egg yolk is uncooked so heating the white defeates the object, as it's uncooked yolk that holds the most risk.

  3. Looks great. I definitely need to try it, especially since I have the ingredients with me. I like whipped cream, but raspberries are good toppings too.

  4. Can I ask why you needed to add water to help it melt? It looks like it seized the chocolate once you melted it down.

  5. I normally love all your recipes but you never mix water and chocolate. The chocolate was not even creamy, it got chunky and stiff. I think i will try this but i am not adding water to the chocolate

  6. I tried to make it today, but I think my chocolate was still too warm when I mixed in the eggs, or the egg whites weren't fluffed enough, because it turned out a bit runnier than I would have liked 🙁 I'm going to try to make some whipped cream and mix it all together to hopefully salvage the texture. It's still DELICIOUS, though! Thank you for the recipe!
